The fine print, kept friendly

These terms apply when you buy or download anything from North Pole Kindness Club, which is run by Ashley Cardini in New Jersey. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

What you're buying

Peppermint Missions is a digital product. You'll receive printable PDF files by download link right after checkout. Nothing is shipped.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout runs on ThriveCart, and payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. Sale prices, like the early elf price, last only for the dates shown on the sales page.

All sales are final

Because you receive every file instantly and in full, all sales are final and refunds aren't offered. If you'd like to see the style before buying, the three free missions on the sales page are a good place to start. If a file won't open or your link isn't working, email me and I'll make it right.

How you can use the files

Your purchase includes a personal license for your own household. You're welcome to print as many copies as your family needs, this year and every Christmas after. Teachers may use one purchase in their own classroom.

Please don't:

• Share, forward or post the files, including in group chats, shared drives or social media.
• Resell the files or use them in anything you sell.
• Edit the designs and present them as your own.

Gifting a copy to a friend is lovely. Just buy them their own.

Ownership

The rhymes, missions, handbook, letters, certificate, designs and the North Pole Kindness Club name all belong to Ashley Cardini. Buying the files gives you permission to use them as described above, not ownership of them.

Safety and supervision

The missions are meant to be done together, with a grown-up in charge. You know your children best, so please adapt or skip any activity that doesn't suit your family, including anything involving baking, food allergies, outings or visiting other people. When donating, check the organization's current needs and guidelines first.

Any elf welcome

Peppermint Missions works with any elf, doll or stuffed friend you already have. It isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any elf doll, book or brand.

The legal part

The files are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, North Pole Kindness Club isn't responsible for any loss or injury connected to using the files or doing the activities, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you made your purchase are the ones that apply to it.
