Your privacy

North Pole Kindness Club is run by Ashley Cardini in New Jersey. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit this site, buy Peppermint Missions or sign up for the free missions, and how I use it. The short version: I collect only what I need to send you your files and stay in touch, and I never sell your information.

What I collect

When you buy: your name, email address and billing details. Checkout runs on ThriveCart, and payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. I never see or store your full card number.
When you sign up for the free missions: your name and email address.
When you email me: whatever you choose to include in your message.
When you browse: basic, anonymous information like pages visited and device type, which helps me understand how the site is used.

How I use it

To deliver your download, send your receipt and help with any problems.
To send emails you signed up for, like the free missions and occasional club updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep records required for taxes and accounting.
To improve the site and the products.

Who I share it with

Only the services that help run the shop: ThriveCart for checkout, Stripe and PayPal for payments, my email provider for sending emails, and my website host. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy. I don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Cookies

This site and the checkout use cookies to work properly, for example to keep your cart and payment secure. Basic analytics may also use cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though checkout may not work without them.

Children's privacy

Peppermint Missions is made for parents to buy and use with their families. This site isn't directed to children, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has shared information with me, email me and I'll delete it.

How long I keep it

I keep purchase records as long as needed for taxes and accounting. Email subscribers stay on my list until they unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal information I have about you at any time. Just email me. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, and I'll honor those requests.

Keeping it safe

I use trusted, secure services for checkout, payments and email. No system is perfect, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
